How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
